CDM Catalytic Distillation Module

It is applied in the synthesis of methane-rich gas with hydrocarbon (Light oil, naphtha, LPG, light hydrocarbon, hydrocarbon-containing dry gas etc.) and steam as raw materials. The resulted gas can be further used to produce hydrogen, syngas with different CO/H2 ratio (for the synthesis of methanol or ammonia etc.) and coal gas.

CDM catalytic distillation module is a new generation of modular catalytic distillation regular filler developed by combining the patented technology of Winpak-c open window guided catalytic distillation filler and catalyst resin.On the basis of Winpak-c , the catalyst is packed into the open window guide filler piece. The catalyst is wrapped in a wire mesh and weld so that the catalyst does not leak out. The catalyst is mixed with the ordinary open window guide filler piece to form the CDM series catalytic rectification module.
