Johnson screen

It is applied in the synthesis of methane-rich gas with hydrocarbon (Light oil, naphtha, LPG, light hydrocarbon, hydrocarbon-containing dry gas etc.) and steam as raw materials. The resulted gas can be further used to produce hydrogen, syngas with different CO/H2 ratio (for the synthesis of methanol or ammonia etc.) and coal gas.

The inner and outer screen of the regenerator produced by our company adopts laser cutting and specialcomposite welding without longitudinal welding seams.It has the characteristics of strong resistance to thermal stress under high temperature conditions,precise size accuracy,and high gap accuracy.The inner wire mesh has a good surface finish and is an integral manufacturing structure.The outer wire mesh can process large-diameter mesh cylinders with a diameter of nearly four meters,and can ensure the cylindricity,straightness,and reliable operation of the mesh cylinder over a long period of time.Widely used in catalytic reforming,styrene,synthetic ammonia,propane dehydrogenation and other devices.

Our V-Wire Screen separation media,which is a "continuous slot opening surface",is specifically designed for those very severe conditions.
The welded wire construction is obtained by combining wires and supports with a resistance welding.Juxtaposed wires,suitably spaced,determine the filtering surface.
Our production capabilities enable this metllic structure to be manufactured in form of a single piece constructed cylinder.Moreover,our skills,qualifications and industrial equipment enable us to work on and adapt our V-Wire screens to the different configurations(e.g.:Flat panels,conical shapes)and diameters(Multi sections)required by our customers.

It has many advantages than his vintage friends such as wire mesh screen.Some of these advantages are:

MECHANICAL STRENGTH
V-Wire Screen construction is obtained by combining wires and supports with a resistance welding as a freestanding structure.Mechanical strength of this structure will be incomparable than available vintage wire mesh screen.

FLEXIBILITY OF DESIGN
V-Wire screens have maximum design flexibility and can be constructed in a wide variety of shapes and sizes from a variety of corrosion resistant alloys or nickel alloys in completely variable filtration rate from 25μ.Filtration rate(slots in V-wire screen)will have 5μ precision.

INCREASED OPEN AREA
One of the most effective parameter in efficiency of reactors and driers is to increase open area of media holders such as support grids.
Since V-Wire screen is self-reinforced and doesn't need any support (such as a thick layer of mesh or perforated plate),it will have more percentage of open area than the others that contributes to low head losses through the screen surface.

ANTI-CLOGGING SYSTEM
One of the worst things in reactors or driers is clogging of support grids by catalyst.This clogging may be occurred in long time period of operation or because of bad operation which willbe lead to increasing in differential pressure,spot increasing temperature and rupturing.Since V-Wire Screen are fabricated by helically wrapping parallel support rods with a continuous V-shaped wires with a two-point contact system this problem may not be occurred.

CATALYST CRACKING
Wires of V-Wire screen have a very smooth surface which avoid catalyst breakage.

ECONOMICAL
Economy is achieved through the simple design,which results in a screen with low long term cost,minimum maintenance needs and simplified installation.
