TG-506 PROCESS ANALYSIS SYSTEM FOR CEMENT OVEN

It is applied in the synthesis of methane-rich gas with hydrocarbon (Light oil, naphtha, LPG, light hydrocarbon, hydrocarbon-containing dry gas etc.) and steam as raw materials. The resulted gas can be further used to produce hydrogen, syngas with different CO/H2 ratio (for the synthesis of methanol or ammonia etc.) and coal gas.

The TG-506 Cement Kiln Process Analysis System is a dry sampling and analysis solution specifically designed for cement production. It effectively monitors oxygen (O2), carbon monoxide (CO), and nitrogen oxides (NOX) concentrations in kilns and exhaust gases, providing scientific data to ensure safe and efficient production processes.
The high-temperature sampling probe used in the TG-506 cement kiln process analysis system is a practical dry-process high-temperature sampling probe  developed by our company, which can replace the Siemens dry process high-temperature probe. It has been successfully applied in multiple cement production facilities and has received high praise from users.
