TG-500 Natural Gas Process Analysis System
It is applied in the synthesis of methane-rich gas with hydrocarbon (Light oil, naphtha, LPG, light hydrocarbon, hydrocarbon-containing dry gas etc.) and steam as raw materials. The resulted gas can be further used to produce hydrogen, syngas with different CO/H2 ratio (for the synthesis of methanol or ammonia etc.) and coal gas.

The TG-500 analytical system is specifically designed for online analysis of CO2 and dew point (DP) in purified natural gas.
Product Features
●The pipeline valve features a fully stainless steel construction with real-time monitoring of CO2 concentration and differential pressure (DP). The CO2 meter displays data intuitively on-site while outputting a standard 4~20mA current signal for interfacing with computers, remote displays, or data loggers, enabling remote control or integration with automated systems for unattended operation.
●The human-machine interface employs a 320×240 dot-matrix touchscreen with a narrow viewing angle for enhanced visibility. All touch buttons feature Chinese-language menus for intuitive operation. During unattended periods, the system automatically records CO2 levels and DP values, storing up to 3,200 data points with graphical trend analysis.
●The CO2 sensor in the detection system is an imported infrared sensor, and the dew point sensor is a Vaisala dew point sensor,which is reliable and long-lived.
●The signal processing system is based on the high-integration intelligent single-chip microcomputer system, which includes the components of analog-to-digital conversion, digital-to-analog conversion, analysis and processing, and function output. The system has a good man-machine interface, simple operation and convenient maintenance.
●The detection system uses multi-stage pretreatment system, including decompression, pressure stabilization, flow stabilization,filtration and standard gas. The gas pipe fittings are made of all stainless steel, and its high reliability ensures that the system can accurately and stably detect the sample gas components.
