TG-216 Infrared Analyzer (Online Type)
It is applied in the synthesis of methane-rich gas with hydrocarbon (Light oil, naphtha, LPG, light hydrocarbon, hydrocarbon-containing dry gas etc.) and steam as raw materials. The resulted gas can be further used to produce hydrogen, syngas with different CO/H2 ratio (for the synthesis of methanol or ammonia etc.) and coal gas.
Product Details
It is used for online continuous analysis of the content of one gas in a variety of gas mixtures, such as CO, CO2, SO2, CH4, NH3, etc
fundamental
The infrared gas analyzer is a non-dispersive infrared gas analyzer, which is based on the principle of selective absorption of infrared light by some gases. It uses a single light source, a series absorption chamber, a thin-film microphone detector, advanced full digital signal processing technology and a new liquid crystal display interface.
Product Application
Environmental monitoring of air pollution sources;
industrial control of petroleum and chemical industry;
agriculture, health care and research;
determination of gas content in various combustion tests in laboratory;
Air quality monitoring in public places;
It is mainly used in explosion-proof situations of industrial control such as petroleum and chemical industry.
Product Features
●High power and high stability infrared light source,ensuring high sensitivity and stability;
●The measurement chamber is gold-plated, which has strong anti-corrosion ability.
●The large LCD screen features a full Chinese menu with operation prompts, ensuring simple and efficient operation.It supports dual-range auto-switching, with the middle range adjustable.
●The full digital processing makes it more accurate, stable and reliable.
●Standard RS232, Modbus-RTU and digital communication functions;
●With soft start and watchdog function, it ensures long-term reliable operation of the instrument; the output is synchronous and isolated (0/2/4~20) mA, and the output load is less than 400Ω;
●It has completely isolated calibration, fault, alarm, range conversion and other state output signals.
