TG-AH01 Series Analytical Hut

It is applied in the synthesis of methane-rich gas with hydrocarbon (Light oil, naphtha, LPG, light hydrocarbon, hydrocarbon-containing dry gas etc.) and steam as raw materials. The resulted gas can be further used to produce hydrogen, syngas with different CO/H2 ratio (for the synthesis of methanol or ammonia etc.) and coal gas.

Our TG-AH01 series analytical huts integrate industrial online instrumentation systems, complete with modular configurations,integrated solutions, and installation applications. These versatile units are extensively deployed in natural gas, cryogenic liquefaction, oil refining, and petrochemical facilities. Featuring standardized and professional designs, the huts simplify on-site instrumentation installation and maintenance while providing optimal operational conditions, driving their growing adoption in process plants. Constructed with steel structures, the huts utilize steel plates (stainless steel or carbon steel available) for both interior and exterior surfaces, with an insulating layer in the middle. Designed for explosion-hazardous environments, they are suitable for Zone 1 or Zone 2 applications in natural gas, petroleum,and chemical industries.

Product Features
●The door is fitted with explosion-proof safety glass, allowing clear visibility of all instrument operations from outside the cabin.
●The door is equipped with a damping limit door closer and a safety escape door lock, allowing staff to quickly evacuate the danger zone when in peril.
●The roof is waterproof, the interior and exterior wall panels are filled with sealing, flame-retardant and thermal insulation materials, and the structural parts are specially treated to achieve better sealing, anti-corrosion, dustproof and temperature control.
●The cabin is equipped with an air exchange system to purify the air, along with ventilation, return air, and filtration devices, ensuring optimal working conditions for analytical instruments.
●When indoor toxic gas concentration exceeds safety limits, the PLC control system automatically activates the air exchange system with synchronized audiovisual alarms. The alarm's dry contact feeds real-time alerts to the control room's DCS or PLC system, ensuring immediate access to all critical field data for on-site personnel.
●The cabin has sufficient mechanical strength, and all fasteners are equipped with anti-loosening devices. The small roof part is fitted with integral lifting ears, which makes the analysis cabin easy to lift and transport during transportation.
●The exterior of the analysis cabin is specially polished to enhance its aesthetic appeal, while the interior undergoes specialized spray painting to accentuate the metallic finish, thereby elevating the industrial sophistication of the product.
●The door of the analysis cabin is equipped with a lighting switch and a fan switch to facilitate the operator's access and preparation before operation.
●The size of the analysis cabin can be customized according to the actual number of instruments and the use function.
