TG-500Ex calorimeter
It is applied in the synthesis of methane-rich gas with hydrocarbon (Light oil, naphtha, LPG, light hydrocarbon, hydrocarbon-containing dry gas etc.) and steam as raw materials. The resulted gas can be further used to produce hydrogen, syngas with different CO/H2 ratio (for the synthesis of methanol or ammonia etc.) and coal gas.

This system is primarily used to monitor the calorific value of natural gas. As a critical parameter in natural gas technical standards, calorific value measurement is essential to ensure stable operation of multi-source pipeline networks, guarantee fair and equitable natural gas trade settlements, and meet the needs of specialized industrial users. The system can simultaneously measure the concentrations of multiple gas components including CO, CO₂, CH₄, C₂H₆, CₙHₘ, H₂, and O₂. By applying numerical modeling calculations based on the standard calorific values (MJ/Nm³) of each component and their respective percentage ratios in the mixed gas mixture, the system enables direct detection of combustible gas calorific values. For gases with continuously varying compositions, the analytical instrument accurately measures the volumetric content of each combustible component while calculating the true calorific value of the combustible gas mixture.
